Several file sets are remixed versions to make mass-production easier, aid in printing, etc. You can see the changelog from the original design below.

Print settings are included in each file name in the format of ([Perimeters],[Infill %]). “S” for support, and “SI” for recommended to be printed with Supports and a Support Roof Interface.

  • Reports of C4’s with gaps were still an issue, so we added a bit of spacing to the STLs to compensate
  • Made top rail more uniform by removing unnecessary gaps giving more total rail to use
  • Mag release pin holes widened to remove need for drilling/filing
  • Removed unused top-hole features that were confusing people in assembly
  • Added indent in GripMain to hide knot if elastic is used
  • Trigger pin hole widened
  • Added screw port to act as spring rest if spring is used for Sear
  • O-ring grooves widened for better air-seal

– Redesigned Plunger a bit for more reliability. Uses two-piece design similar to B-Variant, Spring Thunder, and others. Also uses 123 O-ring shockpad
– Adjusted some tolerances for less filing during assembly
– Made RamEnd tapered so it wouldn’t get stuck in BarrelCap if inserted slightly rotated
– Added a catch lip to BarrelCap to prevent ramrodding a dart into the PlungerTube. Still can happen though, so open to other ideas as well
– Rotated parts into correct preint orientation
– Removed elephant’s foot on some parts
