Super amazing service from these guys. My son left his Zinc 2.0 out with younger kids and they cracked his favorite toy gun, wouldn’t fire! So I watched the FF videos and was able to disassemble the unit to diagnose the problem. The FF team guided me to the replacement parts. They came to Canada in less than 1 week by UPS.
