What People Think About the M79

Bradley Phillips - Australia

ABOUT:

Brad has been on the cutting-edge of the hobby for many years.

Brad leans toward higher-powered, competitive nerf & gell ball play.

Brad is a competent nerf blaster modder & influencer in the competitive play aspect of the hobby.

OPINION OF THE M79:

Spectre (Liam Davis) - Australia

Liam Davis (Spectre) is the legendary HPA nerfer in the hobby.

He was the original designer and creator of the SuperCORE. That SuperCORE brought HPA to nerf.

Liam was the first official distributer of the M79 in Australia.

OPINION OF THE M79:

Drac - USA

Drac has expressed dislike of HPA nerf in the hobby, even before the M79 came out.

His concerns include the real-steel aspect of HPA, the cost of the setup, and how easily HPA out-performs other blasters.

OPINION OF THE M79:

KEEP IN MIND!

The HPA tank featured in Drac’s review is NOT compatible with the M79. (The tank in the video was an SLP tank. The M79 is only compatible with HPA tanks. The wrong tank will create malfuctions.)

The bolt lock on the M79 is a safety feature, not a bug. Full bolt motion can be restored by the user.

The charging handle on the M79 is to clear jams. It is not simply cosmetic.

*Full Disclaimer!*

Frontline Foam is an official distributor of the M79.

I (Derrikk) lean toward the higher/competitive nerf blaster options. That was the main reason I decided to partner with MILSIG and bring the M79 to the USA.
