    4/10 build quality
    10/10 customer service
    10/10 fun
    8/10 overall

You don’t have to buy the battery bundled; it’s cheaper on Amazon by a few bucks.

After waiting for a few weeks for this to get printed and assembled, it was missing the front screw connecting the handle to the body. If I put a magazine in, the whole body could tilt up off the handle. The body plastic was also missing the shelf that the screw sat on to apply the force to hold the parts together, so it wasn’t just a matter of finding a replacement screw for the one that was missing. I had to get a new body piece to replace the one that came with it initially, where I had to de-solder the motor wiring and replace the body to get the handle to attach correctly.

The flywheels were also slightly misaligned vertically out of the box, and the rev trigger screws came stripped, so the trigger wobbles around a little when firing or moving the blaster around. I’m pretty disappointed in the build quality and “quality assurance.” For all the work I had to do, it would’ve just been better to buy and assemble the kit myself, so I at least knew it was put together correctly with all the components. I don’t know why they put these through a QC process when these defects get through.

Plus points to the customer service side for picking up the slack of whoever is assembling these because the new body was shipped express and came only a few days after they contacted me.

Ignoring the faults, this blaster is pretty fun to use; I’m still bummed that I had to do so much work after it took almost three weeks with priority shipping to get it (Ordered February 12, shipped February 26, and delivered March 1).

I also likely wouldn’t be writing this review had I not had issues with their Gryphon assembly kit, which I eventually had to return after the solenoid assembly had feed issues. I was hesitant to blame Frontline’s assembly instructions. Initially, I blamed myself for not following them correctly, but after these issues with the Lepus and purposefully buying a pre-assembled kit, I think it’s their fault.

At first my lepus didn’t work like it should have due to the pusher wasn’t pushing out the darts for some reason and after examine it and a little bit of support from the frontline foam I have finally figured out. I started with ordering bamboo short length darts thinking it might be the darts and it didn’t work still. Then next I have ordered the worker talon mag to replace the 3d printed thalon/katana mag and omg it worked fowlessly I was surprised ans amazed at the same time. Finally, after few weeks of first purchasing the lepus it starting to work. Little advice before you buy this only order the worker talon mag fot the lepus not the 3D printed. After examine the both mag I noticed that the workers talon mag opening that holds the darts are much looser than the 3D printed. Due to the 3D printed opening it grips the darts more tighter, which causes the pusher can’t push it out with consistency. It would work sometimes and doesn’t most of times or it might work after holding the trigger for long period of time and will let one dart out and stop. So long you using the right darts such as half lengths darts and right mag you be fine. Lastly I would like to mention that frontline foam customer service and support after purchasing the product was excellent. They tried to help me as much as they could and they given me suggestions and also offered to give me refund on the 3D printed mag which I decided due to it was only 5 to 8 dollars a mag and it would be a hassle to sent back and all. But other than that I love the product and the services they provided.
