Below are estimates of how long it will take for us to get your order ready. These estimates fluctuate from time-to-time, but we keep this page updated.

Why the wait?
We want to offer you blasters that push the bounds of foam flinging.
Building products by hand is the only way to ensure you get the latest blaster designs.
For that, we 3D-print every blaster, source all the hardware ourselves, lathe all the machine parts, and assemble & test every blaster by hand.
Often, people have to wait many months for a handmade product like this. But we’ve got it down faster.

What if I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel an order anytime before it enters the 3D-printing phase. Once your order begins 3D-printing, you can request in-store credit.
No refunds will be offered on orders that have already begun production.

What if my blaster breaks or arrives broken?
If your blaster or anything in your order arrives broken, we guarantee we will replace it, no cost to you.
If you have any issue with your blaster, we guarantee that we will troubleshoot with you, mail you replacement parts if necessary, and even repair your blaster ourselves should it come to that.
Failing all of that, in-store credit can be offered.
